La présente consultation porte sur la passation d’un contrat de concession de délégation de service public, par voie d’affermage, ayant pour objet l’exploitation d’un bar restaurant multiservice et d’hébergements sous forme de gîtes d’étape. Le détail des prestations est précisé dans les documents du dossier de consultation des entreprises disponible gratuitement. La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d’un contrat de délégation de service public portant sur la gestion et l’exploitation du commerce multiservice communal « Le Saint Romain » comprenant notamment, les activités suivantes : • Exploitation d’un bar avec licence IV communale, ouvert de 9h00 à 23h00, offrant un accueil convivial à une clientèle locale, touristique et de passage ; • Exploitation d’un service de restauration sur place, privilégiant les produits locaux et de saison, avec un service minimum de 2 heures à midi et 3 heures le soir à partir de 18h30, proposant notamment des casse-croûtes à toute heure et des plats traditionnels provençaux ; • Exploitation d’une épicerie fine proposant des produits du terroir, presse locale, dépôt de pain, point relais postal et relais colis ; • Gestion d’une station de réparation de vélos en libre-service mise à disposition et entretenue par les services techniques de la Commune ; • Exploitation d’un hébergement sous forme de gîte d’étape ; • Organisation d’au moins quatre animations festives et culturelles annuelles (concerts, soirées à thème, événements locaux) en lien avec la vie associative locale et la mairie ; • Rôle d’information touristique avec mise à disposition de documentation locale, promotion des activités du territoire et accueil des visiteurs ; • Entretien courant, maintenance et propreté des locaux et équipements mis à disposition.
