Description

Les prestations consistent en l'entretien des installations comprenant les vérifications périodiques et réparations des petites pièces, les travaux de maintenance corrective. Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la Ville et le Centre d'Action Sociale de SIX-FOURS-LES-PLAGES. La VILLE a été désignée coordonnateur du groupement. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale allant de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31/12/2026 reconductible 3 fois pour une période d'un an soit au maximum jusqu'au 31/12/2029. La consultation établie sur la base d'un cahier des charges commun aux deux membres du groupement, donnera lieu à la signature de deux marchés distincts, avec une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour les prestations permanentes et une partie à bons de commande pour les prestations occasionnelles avec les montants minimum et maximum suivants fixés pour chaque période: Partie ville: minimum: 5 000 euro(s) HT - maximum: 300 000 euro(s) HT Partie CCAS: minimum: 500 euro(s) HT - maximum: 100 000 euro(s) HT
