Description

Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 70 000 000 euros pour la durée du marché. Le marché a pour objet de définir les conditions et modalités de réalisation de prestations relatives à l'infogérance du support pour les activités liées à l’environnement de travail digital de la RATP. Les prestations incluses dans le périmètre du marché sont les suivantes : • Initialisation ; • Prestations d’infogérance ; • Prestations associées (déploiement d’équipements, déménagements, installations, assistances techniques…) ; • Prestations complémentaires (autres prestations d’infogérance à intégrer dans la durée du marché) ; • Réversibilité. Les prestations d’infogérance décrites au CCTP concernent : • Infogérance des services à distance • Infogérance de proximité • Infogérance de la logistique matérielle • Infogérance de la maintenance spécifique • Infogérance des prestations de packaging • Prestations de gouvernance du contrat A titre indicatif, les prestations d'infogérance portent sur un parc notamment constitué d'environ : 27 000 postes de travail (PC fixes et portables), 34 000 écrans, 19 000 stations d'accueil, 4 000 imprimantes, scanners et fax, 20 000 téléphones fixes, 31 000 matériels de mobilité (smartphones, tablettes et GSM) ainsi que divers autres périphériques bureautiques ou mobilité. Le marché, objet de la présente consultation, est propice à un partenariat avec le secteur du travail protégé et adapté (EA ou ESAT) par l’activité économique (EI, ACI, …).
