Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes. En sa qualité de gardien de la fourrière automobile municipale de Niort, la Ville de Niort a décidé de confier l'enlèvement des véhicules en stationnement gênant à un prestataire spécialisé. A ce titre, le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de confier à un professionnel les opérations d'enlèvement de véhicules dans le cadre du service de fourrière municipale mis en place par la ville de Niort. Le titulaire aura en charge l'enlèvement des véhicules, leur transport jusqu'à la fourrière et leur mise en fourrière. Le volume d'activité de la prestation est d'environ 900 à 1000 véhicules sur deux ans. Le présent accord-cadre fixe le montant maximum à 220 000 Euros TTC pour 2 ans, soit au total 440 000Euros TTC en cas de reconduction. La durée de l'accord-cadre est fixée à 2 ans à compter du 27 novembre 2026 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. L'accord cadre est reconductible 1 fois par décision tacite. Dans l'hypothèse de l'atteinte du maximum annuel avant l'échéance, la reconduction sera anticipée par ordre de service.
