Description

L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois à compter de la notification du contrat. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet de confier au titulaire : - La réception du carton brun collecté soit par les collectivités adhérentes au SYVADEC dans le cadre d'une collecte spécifique, soit par les équipements du SYVADEC de la zone, - La pesée des apports en entrée - sortie, - Le conditionnement des apports et notamment la mise en balles du carton, - Le stockage, - Le chargement sur les camions du transporteur en charge de la reprise des balles de cartons bruns. Le transport des cartons vers l'usine de recyclage n'est pas intégré au marché, car il est pris en charge par le repreneur.
