Description

Le délégataire est responsable de l'exploitation et de la gestion complète des équipements : - obtention de l'autorisation d'exploitation d'un dépôt spécial de carburant maritime au Port du Conquet auprès des services de la Douane, - L'exploitation des biens, installations, matériels et outillages d'avitaillement du port du Conquet à ses risques et périls, - L'animation des Equipements pour répondre au service lié aux besoins en carburant détaxé des armements fréquentant le port du Conquet, - L'entretien, la maintenance et la surveillance des Equipements, - Le maintien des installations en conformité avec les réglementations applicables à ce type d'installations, - La définition et la réalisation d'un plan pluriannuel d'investissements de maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de modernisation des installations ; investissements que le Délégataire devra amortir sur la durée du contrat, - L'embauche du personnel nécessaire à la mission. Le Délégataire assurera en outre : - La responsabilité des relations avec les usagers - La responsabilité des activités exercées par rapport aux normes qui s'imposent à ce type d'Equipements - La perception de la rémunération du service rendu auprès des usagers - Le versement de redevances notamment domaniales et d'exploitation à la CCI Finistère La présente procédure de consultation a pour objet l’attribution d'un contrat de subdélégation de service public aux termes de laquelle la CCI FINISTERE confie, aux risques et périls du subdélégataire, la gestion et l’exploitation des équipements d’avitaillement en carburant au port du Conquet.
