Description

La consultation porte sur le nettoyage et l'entretien de l'Hôtel du Crêt du Loup à La Clusaz. La description des prestations attendues et leurs spécifications techniques sont dans le C.C.P. Le présent marché est un contrat de services, passé selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application de l'article R.2124-2 du code de la commande publique. Le cahier des clauses administratives générales (C.C.A.G.) de référence est le C.C.A.G. applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et de services (F.C.S.) dans sa version à jour lors de la notification du contrat. Les prestations du marché sont traitées à prix unitaires. Compte tenu du nombre incertain de prestations à commander, le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, qui s'exécute à bons de commande, au sens des articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Les seuils de commande à intervenir, sont les suivants : - Sans montant minimum annuel ; - Montant maximum annuel : 35 000,00 euros H.T. À titre estimatif, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourrait commander jusqu'à 25 000,00 euros H.T. de prestations par an. Ce montant n'est pas contractuel et pourrait être évolutif. Le titulaire s'engage à exécuter l'ensemble des prestations commandées par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Les bons de commande seront émis au fur et à mesure des besoins. Les prestations exécutées sans bon de commande préalable ne pourront pas faire l'objet d'une demande de paiement. Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu'au dernier jour de validité du marché.
