Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre mixte passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il intègre : - Une partie forfaitaire pour les prestations régulières et courantes telles que décrites au CCTP ; - Une partie exécutée au moyen de bons de commande, avec montants minimum et maximum, pour les prestations ponctuelles décrites au BPU. Pour le lot n°1, le montant total des prestations de la partie à bons de commande pour la durée de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit : Minimum HT : 24 000,00 € Maximum HT : 40 000,00 € Pour le lot n°2, le montant total des prestations de la partie à bons de commande pour la durée de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit : Minimum HT : 4 000,00 € Maximum HT : 10 000,00 € Bâtiments culturels et touristiques gallo-romains de Grand; Bâtiments culturels et touristiques johanniques de Domrémy-la-Pucelle
