Description

Le montant des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini(e) comme suit : Minimum annuel HT 95 000,00 euro(s)Maximum annuel HT 140 000,00 euro(s)Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de nettoyage et d'entretien des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Floirac. Les prestations se décomposent en deux grandes catégories : 1. Prestations récurrentes, correspondant aux opérations régulières destinées à maintenir les locaux propres, hygiéniques et fonctionnels. Ces prestations sont planifiées selon un calendrier mensuel validé par la Ville et détaillées dans l'Annexe 1 du présent CCTP. 2. Prestations ponctuelles ou exceptionnelles, correspondant à des interventions non planifiées, nécessaires par suite d'événements spécifiques tels que des travaux, sinistres, événements exceptionnels, remises en état ou situations urgentes
