GrandLyon Habitat is procuring cleaning and maintenance of vacant dwellings, cleaning of indoor and outdoor common areas, and household waste management across its entire housing portfolio in France. The contract is a multi-award framework agreement, executed as needed through purchase orders, with a single lot. It starts on 1 February 2027 for a firm period of two years, renewable once for two years, with a maximum duration of four years. There is no minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 7,000,000 excluding tax for the initial two-year period, renewed if extended.
