GRANDLYON HABITAT souhaite : - Acquérir des licences Microsoft et de faire évoluer son parc de licences Microsoft existant - Etre accompagné d'un prestataire spécialisé pour le conseiller dans ses acquisitions et les optimiser Le périmètre d'application de l'accord cadre couvre l'intégralité du catalogue Microsoft, qu'il s'agisse des licences bureautiques ou d'infrastructure. Les prestations susvisées font l'objet d'un lot unique. Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre mono-attributaire régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par la conclusion d'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix mixte révisable, confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. Il est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 250 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée ferme de UN (1) an. En cas de reconduction, le montant maximum sera également renouvelé. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement
