Description

Mise en place d'un marché de nettoyage sur le site EDF PEI Guyanne - Centrale de Production du Larivot à Matoury. Le marché concerne des prestations de nettoyage des locaux tertiaires. La durée du marché est de 8 ans. La période ferme s'étend du 1er janv 2027 au 31 dec 2030 (4 ans). A cette période s'ajoutent 4 options de 12 mois chacune. Le marché peut donc atteindre une durée de 96 mois, finissant ainsi au 31/12/2034, sous réserve de la levée de l'ensemble des options de durée. Le site EDF PEI Larivot (EDF PEI DPL) est une installation classée pour l’environnement (ICPE) soumise à autorisation sur une superficie de 10 hectares. La prestation de nettoyage des locaux tertiaire (bureaux principalement) sur une surface d'environ 4500 m2 Le présent marché concerne la réalisation de prestations de nettoyage professionnel pour des locaux tertiaires dans les bâtiments tertiaires et le nettoyage des vitrages et des façades et abords des bâtiments de la centrale du Larivot. Il comprend les prestations régulières et ponctuelles nécessaires au maintien d’un haut niveau d’hygiène, de propreté et de salubrité.
