Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations de débarrassage et déblaiement de tous types de locaux appartenant à l'OPAC de l'Oise, enlèvement des dépôts sauvages d'objets encombrants, d'objets encombrant en parties communes (tous lieux, y compris espaces verts) et de déchets spéciaux. Sont exclus de l'objet du marché : - les prestations de déménagements à réaliser dans les cas suivants : - suite à expulsion ou reprises de logements réalisées par Huissier - dans le cadre des projets de rénovation urbaine ou de mutation de personnel. - Les prestations de nettoyage. Cet accord-cadre s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, le CLIENT a recours à un accord-cadre par émission de bons de commande avec un titulaire, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. Ces prestations sont répartis en 2 lots : Lot n°1 - Patrimoine des Agences de BEAUVAIS - CLERMONT - MERU Lot n°2 - Patrimoine des Agences de PONT SAINTE MAXENCE et COMPIEGNE Les prestations seront exécutées dans le département de l'Oise et éventuellement dans les départements limitrophes Patrimoine des Agences BEAUVAIS - CLERMONT - MERU; Patrimoine des Agences COMPIEGNE - PONT-SAINTE-MAXENCE
