Description

Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet l'exploitation (avec garantie totale) d'installations thermiques collectives et autres équipements de 17 établissements spécifiques situés dans divers sites, construits et loués par l'OPAC de l'Oise aux associations ou organismes gestionnaires. Les établissements spécifiques concernés sont destinés à l'accueil soit des personnes âgées dépendantes ou non dépendantes, soit des personnes handicapées, soit de travailleurs. Ces établissements peuvent donc être classés comme E.R.P. Les prestations concernent notamment : - l'entretien préventif et les dépannages pour le maintien en état de bon fonctionnement des installations de chauffage, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement d'eau et d'installations annexes, ainsi que de distribution d'eau froide (P2); - le gros entretien et le renouvellement des matériels, au titre de la garantie totale (P3). La fourniture de combustible ou d'énergie (P1) n'est pas comprise dans les prestations et le contrat ne prévoit pas de clause d'intéressement ensemble des installations thermiques et équipements figurant en annexe 1 du CCTP dans les communes de BEAUVAIS (2 sites), BAILLEUL SUR THERAIN (1site), MÉRU (1site), CLERMONT (1 site) et CHAMBLY (1 site) ;; ensemble des installations thermiques et équipements figurant en annexe 1 du CCTP dans les communes de CHANTILLY (1 site), CRÉPY EN VALOIS (3 sites), LAMORAYE (1 site), LE MEUX (1 site), LONGUEIL STE MARIE (1 site), MARGNY LES COMPIÈGNE (1 site), PONT STE MAXENCE (1 site), SENLIS (1 site) et VENETTE (1 site) ;
