Description

Prestations de nettoyage des bâtiments pour la Communauté d'Agglomération de Lamballe Terre et Mer - Lots 1 à 3. Visite obligatoire, les candidats doivent s'inscrire au préalable : *Lot n°1 : le 19 octobre au matin ; *Lot n°2 : le 19 octobre après-midi ; *Lot n°3 : le 20 octobre au matin. La présente consultation est un marché mixte qui comprend : *Une partie sous la forme d’un marché ordinaire (qui correspond aux prestations récurrentes de prestations d’entretien ménager courant décrites dans les DPGF et le CCTP et ses annexes et qui font l’objet de prix forfaitaires). *Une partie sous la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour les prestations exceptionnelles de prestations d’entretien ménager décrites dans le BPU. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à partir du 1er janvier 2027 sauf certains sites. Le marché est reconduit de façon expresse jusqu’à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat toutes périodes confondues est de 4 ans. Le Titulaire s'engage à réaliser, sur la durée totale du marché, une action d'insertion en faveur des personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales et/ou professionnelles particulières (public ciblé). La part d’heures consacrées à l’insertion professionnelle doit être au minimum de 5% et justifiée annuellement, c'est au titulaire de présenter ses conditions d'exécution afin de répondre au mieux à la clause d'insertion.
