Le présent marché est un marché de services à obligation de résultat. Il a pour objet le nettoyage et l'entretien (dont la vitrerie) de différents sites de la ville de Montluçon et son agglomération, et comprend la fourniture et mise en place des consommables. La consultation est lancée dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes composé de la ville de Montluçon (coordonnateur) et Montluçon communauté. Le contrat se décompose en 4 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires Nettoyage des locaux administratifs et du parking; Nettoyage des locaux techniques; Nettoyage des locaux culturels; Nettoyage des vitres de l'ensemble des bâtiments administratifs, techniques et culturels y compris des écoles et centres de loisirs de la ville de Montluçon
