Réalisation de comptages de véhicules et relevé de vitesse et d’enquêtes de stationnement sur l’ensemble des voiries de la ville de Nîmes. Le présent marché n'est pas alloti conformément aux motifs indiqués au règlement de la consultation, accessible dans le dossier de la consultation. Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la Ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur. Le présent marché est conclu pour une période initiale dont la durée commence à sa date de notification et s’achève à l'issue de 12 mois. Ce contrat est reconductible trois fois. La durée maximale de l’accord-cadre, y compris reconduction(s), ne pourra excéder 48 mois à compter de sa date de conclusion. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées/livrées. L'ensemble des prestations prévues au marché font l’objet d’un accord-cadre donnant lieu à l’émission de bons de commande mono-attributaire, passé en application des articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Ces prestations s’exécuteront au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande émis par l’acheteur public et seront réglées selon les prix unitaires du Bordereau de Prix Unitaires, en fonction des quantités réellement exécutées. En application de l’article R2162-4-2° du même code, il est conclu avec un opérateur économique, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en valeur. Les seuils de commande pour chaque période du marché sont de 100 000 € HT.
