Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d'une solution de mise en relation d'usagers dans le cadre des déplacements de covoiturage de courte distance, principalement domicile-travail sur le ressort territorial composé de 114 communes regroupées au sein de 5 intercommunalités (Toulouse Métropole, Sicoval, Muretain Agglo, Grand Ouest Toulousain, Côteaux Bellevue) couvrant une surface 1198 km2 et un bassin de vie de près de 1,1 million d'habitants. Les données chiffrées 2024 sont données à titre indicatif dans le DCE (communauté utilisateurs, nb de trajets, nb d'entreprises). Marché à prix mixtes (une part forfaitaire et une part à prix unitaires) conclu pour une période initiale de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification, reconductible 2 fois par périodes d'un an. La mise en service de la solution devra être effective au 16/07/2026. La partie à prix unitaire exécutée hors forfait est soumise à un seuil maximum. Seuil maximum de la partie hors forfait sur la période initiale: 1 097 000 euros H.T.; sur la première période de reconduction: 384 000 euro(s) H.T., sur la deuxième période de reconduction: 422 000 euros H.T
