Cette consultation a pour objet de commander de la fourniture pièces détachées pour la maintenance du parc d'autobus du réseau de transport urbain de Toulouse. Lot 1 : Pièces de rechange spécifiques d'origine constructeur IVECO, HEULIEZ dit Lot 1 Lot 2 : Pièces de rechange adaptables/équivalentes pour Bus IVECO, HEULIEZ dit Lot 12 Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec un seuil de commande maximum scindé en 2 lots en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot constituant un accord-cadre qui est conclu pour une durée ferme à compter de la notification du marché jusqu'au 15/01/2028. Seuil maximum de commande pour la période ferme : Lot 1 de 2 158 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 de 1 848 000 euro(s) HT Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les quantités estimées au BPU/DQE correspondent à une moyenne annuelle estimée de commande.
