Le présent marché a pour objet la création d'un parcours de formation dédiée à la question de la « Culture client » dont les objectifs visent à : - Accompagner les équipes face aux enjeux de la Culture client en Direction opérationnelle Ile de France ou en Fonctions Supports - Faire perdurer les enjeux de la Culture client en Direction opérationnelle Le titulaire aura pour mission d'accompagner le pouvoir adjudicateur dans la conception de la formation, la conception d'un teaser, l'organisation de session de formation, apporter conseils et formuler des propositions de support (conception graphique/contenu...).
