Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestation de déneigement des routes départementales secondaires et des voies communales dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes constitué entre le Département de l'Aveyron et la Commune d'Argences-en-Aubrac, La prestation consiste à déneiger les voies départementales et communales à l'aide d'un pousseur et d'un outil de raclage. L'entreprise titulaire assure l'intégralité des prestations à la réalisation du déneigement. Celles-ci comprennent notamment la mise à disposition du véhicule et des outils de déneigement, les carburants, le personnel de conduite, les moyens de communication nécessaires à la bonne exécution, selon les modalités précisées dans les documents de la consultation. La prestation de déneigement ne comprend aucune prestation de salage, de sablage ou de gravillonnage des chaussées. La prestation de déneigement sera effectuée sur le circuit prédéfini, dont le tracé est représenté sur la carte jointe aux documents de la consultation. Accord-cadre mono-attributaire de sevices à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 25 000,00 euros HT conformément aux articles R2162-2, R2162- 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu du 13 novembre 2026 au 1er juillet 2027 pour la période initiale. A la date de renouvellement du contrat, ce dernier pourra être reconduit trois (4) fois tacitement par période d'un an comme suit : Reconduction n° 1 : 12 mois à compter du 2 juillet 2027, Reconduction n° 2 : 12 mois à compter du 2 juillet 2028, Reconduction n° 3 : 12 mois à compter du 2 juillet 2029, Reconduction n° 4 : 12 mois à compter du 2 juillet 2030,
