The Departmental Council of Aveyron is organising a design competition leading to the award of a project management contract (maitrise d'oeuvre) for the construction of an annexe building for the Departmental Archives and a building housing the services of the Aveyron Departmental Media Library. The appointed contractor will carry out the basic mission covering design studies, permits, detailed design, assistance with contracting, site supervision and operations handover (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR), complemented by fire safety system coordination, coordination studies, partial execution studies including structural dimensioning and bill of quantities, and furniture services. The works budget is 18,000,000 euros excluding tax, or 21,600,000 euros including tax (value May 2026).
