Le contrat est conclu pour une première période de deux ans et demi, soit 30 mois, du 1er mars 2027 au 31 août 2029. Puis le contrat sera reconductible deux fois pour une période d'un an, du 1er septembre 2029 au 31 août 2030 puis du 1er septembre 2030 au 31 août 2031. La durée potentielle totale du contrat est donc de quatre ans et demi, soit 54 mois. La commune pourra renoncer à la reconduction par un courrier recommandé avec avis de réception reçu par le délégataire au plus tard le 28 février de l'année de la reconduction concernée
