La durée totale des marchés ne pouvant excéder 4 ans L'accord-cadre est alloti en deux lots, répartis comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : La capture et ramassage d'animaux errants, et/ou dangereux, et/ou blessés, et/ou morts sur le domaine public - Lot n°2 : L'accueil en fourrière des animaux errants, et/ou dangereux, et/ou blessés Le lot n° 1 sera traité à prix unitaire sur la base d'un bordereau de prix au regard du volume des prestations fluctuants d'une année à l'autre. Le lot n°2 sera traité à prix forfaitaire. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire de services, sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 90 000 HT par période. Conclu pour une durée d'un an qui court à compter du 1er décembre 2026, ou sa date de notification si postérieure. L’accord-cadre est reconductible tacitement trois fois par période d’un an. La durée totale des marchés ne pouvant excéder 4 ans; Il d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire de services, à prix forfaitaire pour une durée d'un an qui court à compter du 1er décembre 2026, ou sa date de notification si postérieure. L'accord-cadre est reconductible trois fois par période d'un an. La durée totale des marchés ne pouvant excéder 4 ans.
