Description

La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le titulaire de l'accord-cadre destiné à la réservation de berceaux en crèches au bénéfice des salariés de l'entreprise sur l'ensemble de l'agglomération nantaise incluant : - La réservation et suivi des berceaux pour les salariés - L'accompagnement administratif des familles - La gestion et le suivi des attributions - Le reporting auprès de la SEMITAN Le détail complet des prestations figure au CCTP. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre de prestations de services mono-attributaire, avec une quantité minimum de 12 berceaux et une quantité maximale de 150 berceaux, sur l'ensemble de la durée de l'accord-cadre (reconductions comprises), conformément à l'article R. 2162-4 1° du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique
