France - Envelopes - Framework agreement with purchase orders for producing printed envelopes and pouches with logo and buying unbranded envelopes for departmental services, 2027-2031

The Department of Reunion plans to conclude a framework agreement with purchase orders covering the production of envelopes and pouches printed with the department's logo, together with the purchase of envelopes without a logo, for the needs of its departmental services over the 2027-2031 period. The contract is divided into three lots: production of envelopes and pouches with logo; envelopes and pouches without logo under the AGEC law lot, which concerns environmental requirements for single-use products; and envelopes and pouches without logo. Printing and supply work will serve the department's administrative and postal needs throughout the framework period.
