Description

Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d’assistance en contract management dans le cadre du projet Roissy-Picardie. Le projet de liaison ferroviaire Roissy-Picardie vise à répondre simultanément à plusieurs enjeux majeurs concernant la politique des transports dans le nord de la région Ile-de-France et le sud de la région Hauts-de-France. Dans le cadre des missions de contract management, le titulaire aura pour objectif: - de sécuriser les personnes responsable du marché ; - de sécuriser les contrats passés dans le cadre du projet Roissy-Picardie ; - de sécuriser l’exécution des travaux dans le respect des coûts, des objectifs délais et qualité attendue ; - d’assurer l’assistance contractuelle pour le suivi d’exécution des marchés ; - de suivre et tracer l’exécution des contrats ; - de participer à assurer une relation partenariale continue avec les entreprises et prestataires du projet Roissy-Picardie. Le présent marché est alloti en trois (3) lots: Le lot n°1 (marchés stratégiques) regroupe des marchés identifiés comme prioritaires et sensibles, tant du point de vue de leur impact sur le calendrier général que de leur portée technique ou financière. Les lots n°2 et n°3 s’inscrivent dans une logique de répartition par bloc géographique du projet directement alignée avec l’organisation interne du projet. Chaque lot correspond à l’un des grands ensembles opérationnels et regroupe les marchés nécessaires à l’animation, la coordination et le suivi technique des travaux dans le périmètre du bloc concerné (lot n°02 bloc Survilliers, lot n°03 bloc LGV). Le marché est composé d'une tranche ferme de 15,5 mois, de quatre tranches optionnelles de 6 mois chacune et d'une cinquième tranche optionnelle de 2,5 mois.
