Description

Prestations de conseil éditorial, de création graphique, de conception d'outils de communication print et web, de recherche iconographique, de réalisation d'illustrations, de prises de vue et de rédaction. Ce marché s’entend comme suit : • une prestation de conseil éditorial auquel l’INCa pourrait avoir recours pour la conception de rapports ou documents institutionnels, tel son rapport d’activité annuel par exemple ; • une prestation de création graphique. Pour un projet d’édition print : • la conception d’une maquette ou d’un principe graphique déclinable pour divers documents. L’exécution peut être réalisée en interne ou par le Titulaire du marché d’exécution graphique ; • la conception d’outils de communication : brochures, affichettes, annonces presse, cartes postales, etc. Pour une déclinaison digitale : • la conception d’outils de communication tels que des bannières, des carrousels, des infographies, des films d’animation, des data visualisations, des gabarits d’emailing, etc. • la recherche iconographique (dans le cadre d’une proposition de création graphique) ; • la réalisation d’illustrations médicales ou autres, d’annonces presse, de masques PowerPoint, d’infographies en veillant à la cohérence des illustrations produites ; • la rédaction de contenus tous publics ou médicaux/scientifiques ; • la réalisation de portraits artistiques, ou photos de personnes ou de lieux, de courtes vidéos, d’animations type motion design ou interactives ou encore de podcasts audio s’ils impliquent une cohérence éditoriale et/ou graphique avec un projet donné. Sont exclus du périmètre du présent marché : • les travaux de fabrication, de façonnage et d’impression (sauf cas exceptionnel, lié à une prestation exceptionnelle) ; • les opérations de stockage et de diffusion ; • les photoreportages sur événements (sauf situation exceptionnelle). La procédure se compose d'un lot unique, donnant lieu à la conclusion d'un seul marché. Le montant estimé du marché, sur la durée maximale du marché, s'élève à 1 000 000 euros hors taxes. Le détail des prestations figure dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) joint au Dossier d'Appel à Candidatures (« DAC »).
