Accompagnement à la réalisation d'évaluation de dispositifs de soutien à la recherche en SHS-E-SP. Le détail des prestations à réaliser figure dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P) joint au dossier de consultation. La prestation a pour objectif d'apporter un appui méthodologique et opérationnel à l'INCa pour la conception et la mise en oeuvre de l'évaluation de deux dispositifs de soutien à la recherche : l'AAC « Jeunes Chercheurs Tabac et/ou Alcool » et la modalité de financement « projets d'amorçage », contribuant à la réflexion sur la structuration de la recherche. L’INCa a défini les objectifs généraux de ces évaluations. Il est attendu du prestataire qu'il apporte son expertise méthodologique afin de les décliner en un protocole d'évaluation opérationnel et de conduire les travaux d'évaluation. Bien que deux dispositifs soient identifiés, les objectifs de l’évaluation sont communs et définis au sein du CCTP.
