Suivi, reporting et évaluation des structures financées par le Département sur la période 2027-2030 L'analyse des risques financiers, juridiques, fiscaux, sociaux est une démarche préventive, informative et prospective que le Département des Landes souhaite appliquer afin d'apprécier les risques engendrés par ses partenaires publics ou privés et, le cas échéant, de déterminer des solutions.; Evaluation financière des structures médico-sociales ou ou des associations ou fédérations subventionnées par la Conférence des Financeurs; Un plan de contrôle annuel a été mis en place depuis 2012, d'abord, en direction des services instructeurs pour organiser, structurer les contrôles des subventions versées, puis par des inspections/expertises ex-ternes annuelles (2 à 3 par an) à partir de 2013. Le plan de contrôle permet de faire un suivi des préconisations relevées lors des vérifications et des con-trôles à l'issue d'un délai de trois à cinq ans maximum.
