L’objet de la consultation porte sur la fourniture d'une police d'assurance concernant les garanties Individuelle Accident, Assistance Déplacements, et Evènements pour La Poste et ses filiales en France et à l’étranger. Le marché correspond à l’assurance Individuelle Accident, Assistance Rapatriement, et Evènements souscrit par La Poste tant pour son compte que pour le compte de ses filiales existantes en France et à l'étranger. La capacité maximale recherchée pour ce marché est de 50 000 000 euros par événement. Des polices locales réassurées sont susceptibles d'être déployées dans différents pays. Concernant les garanties demandées, des prestations d'assistance médicale et sécuritaire ont été souscrites par La Poste auprès d'International SOS il sera donc exigé du candidat de passer par cet assisteur exclusivement. Le traitement des données du Groupe La Poste devra impérativement être localisé au sein de l'Union Européenne (UE), d'un pays de l'Espace Economique Européen, d'un pays reconnu comme adéquat par l'UE. Le dossier de consultation qui sera envoyé aux prestataires sélectionnés précisera les éléments liés à cette exigence. Le Lot 1 correspond à la police d'assurance concernant les garanties Individuelle Accident, Assistance Rapatriement, et Evènements pour La Poste et ses filiales en France et à l’étranger. Ce Lot 1 est limité à 50 000 000 d'euros de capacité par événement. Des polices locales réassurées sont susceptibles d'être déployées par l’attributaire dans différents pays. Le nombre d’attributaires envisagé pour ce lot est de : 1 Le montant maximum du lot est fixé à 600 000 euros hors taxes d'assurances, sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre, périodes de reconduction comprises. La durée de validité de l'offre doit être de six mois.
