L’objet de la présente consultation porte sur la mise en place de l’assurance des risques de responsabilité civile et Dommages automobile liés à l’utilisation des véhicules privés des collaborateurs dans le cadre d’une mission professionnelle occasionelle confiée par La Poste ou l’une de ses filiales en France. Le traitement des données du Groupe La Poste devra impérativement être réalisé au sein de l’Union européenne (UE), d’un pays de l’Espace économique européen (EEE), ou d’un pays reconnu comme adéquat par la Commission européenne en matière de protection des données. Le dossier de consultation remis aux prestataires présélectionnés détaillera précisément l’ensemble des exigences relatives à cette obligation. La Poste souhaite couvrir les risques de responsabilité civile et Dommages Automobile liés à l’utilisation des véhicules privés des collaborateurs dans le cadre d’une mission professionnelle occasionelle confiée par La Poste ou l’une de ses filiales en France. Les garanties de base recherchées portent notamment sur la Responsabilité Civile Automobile et les garanties Dommages aux véhicules. Le nombre d’attributaires envisagé est de : 1 apériteur. Le montant maximum de l’accord cadre est fixé à 1.150.000 € hors taxes d’assurance, sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre, périodes de reconduction comprises. La durée de validité de l'offre est d'un an.
