L’objet de la consultation porte sur la fourniture d'une police d'assurance concernant la garantie Actes de Malveillance, Grèves, Emeutes, Mouvements Populaires pour La Poste et ses filiales en France et à l’étranger. Le marché est passé par La Poste tant pour son compte que pour le compte de ses filiales en France et à l'étranger. La capacité recherchée pour ce marché est de 30 000 000 euros par période d’assurance. Le traitement des données du Groupe La Poste devra impérativement être localisé au sein de l'Union Européenne (UE), d'un pays de l'Espace Economique Européen, d'un pays reconnu comme adéquat par l'UE. Le dossier de consultation qui sera envoyé aux prestataires sélectionnés précisera les éléments liés à cette exigence. La Poste souhaite couvrir les risques Actes de Malveillance, Grèves, Emeutes, Mouvements Populaires pour La Poste et ses filiales en France et à l’étranger. La capacité recherchée est de de 30 000 000 d'euros par période d’assurance. La couverture s’étend notamment aux pays suivants : Irlande, Allemagne, Autriche, Pays Bas, Pologne, Espagne, Italie, Belgique, Suède, République Tchèque, Estonie, Fance, Hongrie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovaquie, Suisse, Singapour, Hong Kong, Royaume Uni, Etats Unis, Canada et Monaco . Le nombre d’attributaires envisagé pour ce marché est de : 1 apériteur. Le maximum de l’accord­cadre est fixé à 4 845 000 € hors taxes d'assurances, sur la durée totale de l’accord­cadre, périodes de reconduction comprises. La durée de validité de l'offre doit être de six mois.
