Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents portant sur des prestations au forfait en engagement de résultats dans le domaine de l’informatique et des télécoms, relatives à des missions de conseil en stratégie IT. Ces prestations couvrent notamment : - La définition de visions stratégiques et de prospectives IT ; - La réalisation d’analyses stratégiques, économiques et sectorielles ; - La rationalisation des systèmes d’information et la définition de trajectoires technologiques ; - L’identification des enjeux clés et la gestion des risques ; - Le développement de stratégies digitales et de gouvernance IT ; - L’accompagnement à la mise en place de relations clients et de connaissances métiers associées.
