Description

Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents portant sur des prestations au forfait en engagement de résultats dans le domaine de l’informatique et des télécoms, relatives à des missions de conseil en stratégie IT. Ces prestations couvrent notamment : - La définition de visions stratégiques et de prospectives IT ; - La réalisation d’analyses stratégiques, économiques et sectorielles ; - La rationalisation des systèmes d’information et la définition de trajectoires technologiques ; - L’identification des enjeux clés et la gestion des risques ; - Le développement de stratégies digitales et de gouvernance IT ; - L’accompagnement à la mise en place de relations clients et de connaissances métiers associées. Les modalités et le périmètre détaillé des prestations sont précisés dans les documents de la consultation, notamment le cahier des charges.
