Le présent avis vise à établir un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents, alloti, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 56 000 000 €, multi-attributaires, ayant pour objet des prestations d’expertises Digital Workplace à destination de l’unité Digital Workplaces Services (DWS) au sein de la Direction Digital & Innovation (DEI) de la RATP. Les prestations sont réparties en trois lots : - Lot 1 : Prestations d’Expertises techniques, couvrants l’ensemble des activités techniques, depuis l’exploitation opérationnelle et le support aux utilisateurs jusqu’à la conception d’architectures techniques et le pilotage stratégique (13 M€ HT). - Lot 2 : Prestations d’Expertises fonctionnelles, couvrants l’ensemble du pilotage fonctionnel, depuis la gestion opérationnelle du support et des données jusqu’à l’accompagnement stratégique des métiers, la transformation numérique et la direction de programmes / projets (34 M€ HT). - Lot 3 : Prestations d’Expertises Microsoft, couvrants l’ensemble de l’écosystème Microsoft, depuis l’administration, l’intégration et la qualification des applications jusqu’à l’expertise avancée, la maintenance et la gestion stratégique de produits (9 M€ HT).
