Description

L’ accord-cadre a pour objet une mission d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO) portant sur les études d’architecture et d’ingénierie pour les projets d’infrastructure et d’équipement conduits par la RATP. Les projets couverts par l’accord cadre relèvent de la maîtrise d’ouvrage de la RATP ou de missions confiées par des tiers. Ils concernent plus précisément : - une ou plusieurs stations de métro, gares RER, pôles multimodaux, stations de tramway, gares routières ; - et/ou un site de maintenance et de remisage (SMR) ou autre site industriel ; - et/ou un ou plusieurs bâtiments. Les projets considérés sont soit existants soit à venir. Les prestations à réaliser sont notamment les suivantes (liste non exhaustive) : - études exploratoires, - études de faisabilité fonctionnelle et architecturale, - études de Développement de services et de commerces. Le marché est conclu sous la forme d’un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents. Ces marchés subséquents préciseront, lors de la survenance du besoin, les caractéristiques et les modalités d’exécution des prestations demandées qui n’ont pas été fixées dans l’accord-cadre. Il s’exécute dans la limite suivante : • Montant maximum sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre : 2 000 000 € HT. Les prestations confiées au Titulaire sont définies dans le Cahier des charges.
