MISSIONS EN TRANCHE FERME : - Mise au point du plan d'ensemble (avec phasage, définition du plan de découpage en lots, réceptivité par lots, chiffrage, et phasage) en cohérence avec les études de faisabilité déjà réalisées et selon le règlement du PLUi en vigueur ; - Assistance à la rédaction du dossier de création et du dossier de réalisation : calcul de la constructibilité et transmission à la SPL AVENIR DEVELOPPEMENT qui rédigera le projet de programme global de construction ; - Rédaction du cahier des prescriptions architecturales, urbaines, paysagères et environnementale (CPAUPE) ; - Assistance à la communication (réunions publiques et stratégie générale de communication) ; - Dossier Loi sur l'eau ; - Etablissement des études d'avant-projet global (AVP) - Etablissement des études de projet global (PRO) - Etablissement de fiches de lots ; - Suivi des permis de construire en qualité d'architecte urbaniste coordonnateur de la ZAC ; MISSION EN TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE TO1 : Assistance complémentaire à la communication (balades urbaines, ateliers thématiques) ; MISSION EN TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE TO2 : Suivi du plan d'ensemble permettant d'assurer les adaptations sur la durée de l'opération (évolution mineure, évolution nécessitant une reprise du plan masse, transcription des PC) ; MISSION EN TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE TO3 : Accompagnement pour modification du PLUi MISSION EN TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE TO4 : Suivi et réception des lots à bâtir cédés / coordination technique liée aux projets des constructeurs MISSION EN TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE TO5 : - Assistance pour la passation des contrats de travaux et fournitures (DCE et ACT) - Visa des études d'exécution - Examen de conformité (VISA) - Direction de l'exécution des travaux (DET) - Assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR) voir RC
