Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprendra une mission de base Bâtiment (ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/EXE1/ACT/EXE2/DET/AOR, avec en missions complémentaires : - la Coordination des systèmes de sécurité incendie (CSSI), - l'Ordonnancement planification et coordination (OPC) - le suivi énergétique des bâtiments pendant 24 mois après la livraison. la mission BIM est intégrée dans les missions du maitre d'oeuvre, avec la réalisation d'une maquette numérique. Enveloppe allouée aux travaux : 3 400 000.00 euro(s) HT (valeur septembre 2024). La consultation est ouverte à tout candidat ou équipe pluridisciplinaire possédant des compétences dans l'ensemble des domaines suivants, plusieurs compétences pouvant être regroupées au sein du même Bureau d'études : Architecture, Economie de la construction, Ingénierie Structure Bois, Ingénierie Structure Béton, Ingénierie Fluides, dont Thermique et Courants Forts et Faibles, Ingénierie VRD, avec compétence en infrastructure routière et gestion des eaux, Ingénierie QEB, Coordination SSI, Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination (OPC) BIM Manager
