Prestations de contrôle technique (lot 1) et de coordination de sécurité et de protection de la santé (lot 2) pour la réhabilitation et l'extension du Musée des Comtes de Provence (MCP) et l'aménagement de sa scénographie à Brignoles L'opération de travaux concerne un ensemble immobilier d'une superficie d'environ 1 800 m², composé principalement du Palais des Comtes de Provence, édifice inscrit au titre des monuments historiques, ainsi que de la Maison Le Guerrec et de la Maison Champey, situées dans le périmètre du site patrimonial remarquable de la commune. Le projet vise la restructuration et la modernisation de cet équipement muséal afin d'améliorer les conditions de conservation et de présentation des collections, les conditions d'accueil du public ainsi que la fonctionnalité générale de l'établissement. A titre indicatif et non limitatif, l'opération comprend notamment : - Réhabilitation et adaptation fonctionnelle du MCP en vue de son exploitation en musée - Restauration d'espaces patrimoniaux présentant un intérêt architectural particulier - Réorganisation fonctionnelle de l'ensemble immobilier (Palais, Maison Le Guerrec, Maison Champey) afin de constituer un équipement muséal cohérent (exploitation, logistique, sécurité) - Mise en conformité réglementaire des bâtiments (sécurité incendie, accessibilité PMR, installations électriques) - Intervention maison Champey (réhabilitation du bâti avec conservation, si possible, des éléments patrimoniaux remarquables, ou, selon contraintes techniques et fonctionnelles, sa démolition et reconstruction partielle ou totale - Aménagements nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'équipement muséal et à l'accueil du public, valorisation des espaces extérieurs et abords immédiats, notamment la Place des Comtes de Provence
