Description

Les principales caractéristiques du projet sont la réhabilitation et la transformation du PETIT MONTJOUX en un PMS qui accueillerait les équipes des PMI-PMS de Thonon Ouest et Périphérie- Vallée. Ce futur projet doit pouvoir accueillir un effectif de 35 professionnels. La destination du GRAND MONTJOUX n'est à ce jour pas définie, mais le bâtiment souffrant de dégradation requiert une rénovation de son enveloppe afin de conserver sa valeur historique et d'assurer la possibilité d'un usage futur. Les deux sites étant repérés au PLU comme bâtiment remarquable, des restrictions s'imposent quant aux traitements des façades qui doivent être conservés avec leur esprit initial. Ce marché comprendra une mission de base bâtiment : APS - APD - PRO - EXE 1 et 2 - ACT - DET - AOR conformément aux articles R2431-4 et 2431-5 du Code de la commande publique, avec comme missions complémentaires : - le Diagnostic des éléments techniques et architecturaux (DIAG), - l'Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination (OPC), - Coordination des Système de Sécurité Incendie (CSSI), - Accompagnement à la définition et à l'élaboration de la signalétique. Le coût des travaux est estimé à : 2 900 000 euro(s) HT pour le Petit Montjoux 2 800 000 euro(s) HT pour le Grand Montjoux
