La présente consultation porte sur un concours restreint d'architecture pour des travaux de réhabilitation et construction d'une nouvelle salle omnisports à Fontenay Le Comte. A l'issue de la procédure de concours, un marché sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalable sera conclu, avec le (ou les) lauréat(s), dans les conditions prévues par l'article R. 2122-6 du code de la commande publique. Ce marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprendra : - Les éléments de mission de base définis par l'article R. 2431-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique, déclinés ainsi : - les études d'esquisse (ESQ) : remises dans le cadre du concours - les études d'avant-projet sommaire (APS) - les études d'avant-projet définitif (APD) - les études projet (PRO) - l'assistance à la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT) - les études d'exécution (EXE1 sur les lots techniques) et VISA en phase travaux sur les lots architecturaux - la direction de l'exécution des marchés publics de travaux (DET) - l'assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR) Et la mission complémentaire suivante: - la détermination des couts d'exploitation et maintenance.
