France - Architecture services - Design competition for the redevelopment of public spaces in the Maupas district in Soissons (02)

01

The City of Soissons is launching an architecture design competition (Esquisse+ level) to select a design team for the complete redevelopment of public spaces in the Maupas district, a 1960s town-entry area. The project aims to change the district's image and transform it into an 'inhabited park', creating one or more central spaces, improving how public space is shared and pursuing strong environmental goals, including climate change adaptation and water management. The mission covers design and construction supervision of the works such as roads and conviviality spaces, plus preparation of an urban, architectural and landscape prescriptions guide for future projects. Estimated works value: EUR 9,612,460 excluding VAT.
