Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les stipulations du présent accord-cadre concernent les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre exclusivement exercées sur des bâtiments existants et leurs extensions éventuelles dans la limite de 1.250.000 Euros HT de coût des travaux estimés. Par ailleurs, la collectivité s'inscrit dans une démarche globale écologique et souhaite limiter les bilans carbone de ses bâtiments, et mettre en oeuvre des solutions architecturales et techniques valorisant les matériaux bas carbone et les dispositifs constructifs pérennes au regard du climat occitan, favorisant également le traitement des ilots de chaleur sur les territoires. Elle souhaite également développer l'économie circulaire et notamment le réemploi de matériaux. Il concerne le lot 4 - Territoire EST Cet accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes régissant les marchés passés sur son fondement, désignés ci-après marchés subséquents, pour les prestations suivantes : -Mission de base -Demande d'Autorisation de Travaux (DAT) -Mission OPC -Mission Synthèse -Mission EXE -Mission EXE Partielle -Etude de faisabilité -Relevé de plan 2D -Relevé de façade 2D -Relevé de plan 3D Cet accord-cadre fixe de plus toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations suivantes exécutées au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande : -Images de synthèse ou visites virtuelles -Diagnostics sur des bâtiments classés MH, inscrits ISMH ou atypiques -Diagnostics structurels -Diagnostics sur les réseaux EU et EP -Diagnostics électricité courants forts -Diagnostics CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation)
