Cette mission est une mission de Maîtrise d'oeuvre complète, couvrant la phase de conception et la phase de réalisation, depuis les études préalables complémentaires jusqu'à l'assistance apportée au Maître d'Ouvrage pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. L'opération porte sur la dalle de couverture du parking Lorilleux, situé allée Henri Sellier et 4, rue Charles Lorilleux à PUTEAUX (92800). L'ouvrage support est le plancher haut du premier sous-sol du parking, exploité en ouvrage de stationnement. Une première phase de jardins familiaux a déjà été réalisée sur une emprise contiguë. Elle comporte notamment une pergola dont les caractéristiques serviront de référence pour le futur aménagement Phase 2, afin d'assurer la continuité visuelle et architecturale entre les deux phases. Le lieux d'exécution des travaux est allée Henri Sellier et 4, rue Charles Lorilleux à PUTEAUX (92800) Le marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles au sens des articles R. 2113-4 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. * Tranche ferme : - Études préalables complémentaires définies à l'article 6 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP), - Les éléments de mission : AVP - PRO - ACT * Tranche Optionnelle 1 - Les éléments de mission : VISA - DET - AOR - OPC * Tranche Optionnelle 2 - L'élément de mission : GPA Le Maître d'Ouvrage se réserve la faculté de ne pas affermir tout ou partie les tranches optionnelles. Les conditions d'affermissement sont définies à 5.2 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Cette décision n'ouvre droit à aucune indemnité autre que celle éventuellement prévue au Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP)
