Le présent accord-cadre à marchés subséquent a pour objet de définir les termes régissant les marchés subséquents à passer par le maître d'ouvrage. Chaque marché subséquent sera constitutif d'un contrat de mandaté d'études. S'agissant du contrat type de mandat d'études, chaque marché subséquent pourra confier au titulaire de l'accord-cadre le soin de faire réaliser soit des études de faisabilité et d'opportunité soit des études de programmation. S'agissant du contrat type de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage, chaque marché subséquent définira l'ensemble des clauses nécessaires à l'exécution du contrat de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage. Chaque marché subséquent pourra confier au titulaire de l'accord-cadre le soin de faire réaliser des études de faisabilité et d'opportunité et des études de programmation; Chaque marché subséquent sera constitutif d'un contrat de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage et définira l'ensemble des clauses nécessaires à l'exécution du contrat de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage.
