La présente consultation est un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour, d'une part, le suivi d'exploitation des installations de surface (moyens de production en dehors des puits de géothermie, réseaux de distribution et sous-stations de livraison de chaleur) du réseau UniGéo des communes de Pantin, Les Lilas, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais et Romainville et, d'autre part, les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation des travaux à réaliser dès 2027 ainsi que les travaux d'extension/densification du réseau de chaleur La présente consultation est un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour le suivi des installations de surface (moyens de production en dehors des puits de géothermie, réseaux de distribution et sous-stations de livraison de chaleur) du réseau UniGéo des communes de Pantin, Les Lilas, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais et Romainville. Les prestations objet de cet accord-cadre sont précisées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Elles concernent l'ensemble des missions techniques de suivi du fonctionnement des installations composant le réseau UniGéo (en dehors du suivi réglementaire des puits de géothermie qui font l'objet d'un suivi spécifique) ainsi que les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre des opérations de densification et d'extension du réseau afin d'alimenter de nouveaux abonnés.
