La présente consultation porte sur des prestations de services d'agence de voyage dans le cadre des déplacements professionnels individuels et collectifs au bénéfice des agents de la Solideo Alpes 2030 La Société de Livraisons des Ouvrages Olympiques Alpes 2030 (« Solideo Alpes 2030 ») a pour objet de veiller à la livraison de l'ensemble des ouvrages et à la réalisation de l'ensemble des opérations d'aménagement nécessaires à l'organisation des jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d'Hiver des Alpes Françaises 2030, dans les délais fixés par le Comité international olympique. Solideo Alpes 2030 a également pour mission de veiller à la destination de ces ouvrages et de ces opérations à l'issue des jeux Paralympiques de 2030. Dans le cadre de la mise en place de la mission de la Solideo Alpes 2030, et pour l'organisation de ses interventions, la Direction des ressources recherche une solution pour réserver des solutions d'hébergement et de transports afin d'assurer les déplacements professionnels des équipes qui doivent se déplacer auprès des instances ainsi que sur les territoires des futurs jeux olympiques d'hiver 2030. Les territoires de jeux sont Briançon, Chambéry, La Plagne, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand et Lyon. Dans le cadre de l'exercice de leurs missions, les équipes sont également susceptibles d'effectuer des déplacements professionnels à l'international, notamment à Los Angeles et au sein de l'Union Européenne. Le présent marché doit donc permettre aux équipes de la Solideo Alpes 2030 de bénéficier d'une prise en charge complète de leurs déplacements professionnels tant sur le plan de l'hébergement que des transports. La consultation engagée vise la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, tel que réglementé par les articles R.2162-2 à R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant annuel maximum, conformément à l'article R. 2162-4 2° du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum pour la totalité du marché, période de reconduction comprise, est fixé à 640 000 euro(s) H. T., soit 160 000 euro(s) H. T. annuel
