Description

Un groupement de commandes est constitué en application des articles L.2113-6 et L.2113-8 du Code de la commande publique. Il comprend les établissements du GHT de La Réunion (CHU, Centre Hospitalier Ouest Réunion, Établissement Public de Santé Mentale de la Réunion, Groupe Hospitalier Est Réunion) et l'Hôpital des Enfants - Association Saint-François d'Assise (ASFA). Conformément à la Convention constitutive du Groupement de commandes, le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de la Réunion est désigné Coordonnateur du Groupement. Le Coordonnateur a la qualité de Pouvoir Adjudicateur. Il signe et notifie les marchés, les avenants, les reconductions et les résiliations. Les adhérents exécutent les marchés Transports sanitaires en ambulance (patient allongé) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Nord; Transports sanitaires en ambulance (patient allongé) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Sud; Transports sanitaires en ambulance (patient allongé) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Est; Transports sanitaires en ambulance (patient allongé) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Ouest; Transports sanitaires en ambulance (patient allongé) pour les établissements situés dans la zone de Cilaos; Transports sanitaires en VSL (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Nord; Transports sanitaires en VSL (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Sud; Transports sanitaires en VSL (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Est; Transports sanitaires en VSL (patient assis) pour les établissements de la zone Ouest; Transports sanitaires en VSL (patient assis) pour les établissements de la zone de Cilaos; Transports sanitaires en taxi conventionné (patient assis) pour les établissements de la zone Nord; Transports sanitaires en taxi conventionné (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Sud; Transports sanitaires en taxi conventionné (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Est; Transports sanitaires en taxi conventionné (patient assis) pour les établissements situés dans la zone Ouest; Transports sanitaires en taxi conventionné (patient assis) pour le site de Cilaos; Lot 16 régional - Transports bariatriques
