Description

Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Achat et livraison de Sel de déneigement pour la ville de Versailles, Noisy le Roi ,Bailly, Bois d'Arcy et Bièvres. Les prestations sont décomposées en 2 lots, définis comme suit : Lot n°1 - Sel en « vrac » : montant maximum 175 000 euro(s) HT Lot n°2 - Sel en « sac » : montant maximum 35 000 euro(s) HT La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est celle de l'accord cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire précisé ci-dessus pour chaque lot. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Le lieu d'exécution des prestations est la Ville de Versailles, Noisy-le-Roi, Bailly, Bois d'Arcy et Bièvres. Les délais d'exécution des bons de commandes sont définis à l'article 4 du CCP. Les prix sont unitaires et les modalités de révision sont définis à l'article 8 du CCP. Les pénalités sont définies à l'article 11 du CCP Lot n°1 : Sel en « vrac »; Lot n°2 : Sel en « sac »
